Ingredients

3 cucumbers
1- 2 sprigs of basil
sesame seeds
piri-piri
1 handful of microgreens/greens of choice
tahini sauce
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1 drizzle of Belva Fredo Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste Edible flowers (optional)
Full Time: 30 min

Steps

Dice the cucumbers and place them in a colander, sprinkling generously with salt. Allow them to rest in the sink for 15 minutes to extract excess moisture. After 15 minutes, gently pat the cucumbers dry. Arrange a layer of fresh greens on a serving dish and add the salad components on top. Mix well with dressing and savor the meal!
