1/2 cup blood orange, sliced and quartered
1/2 cup lemon, sliced and quartered
5 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1 tsp red pepper flakes
4 sprigs oregano
1/2 cup Belva Fredo olive oil
3/4 cup tahini sauce
